| To all our highly valued clients and acquaintances:
Dear Donald:
Recently, one Advisor told me that the best take away idea of the last 3 months together was establishing his 21 Goals for the next 90 Days. He had already accomplished 20 of his 21 top goals for that period, even though he barely looked at them during that time. It reminded me about how much effective goal setting is like programming software – best selling author Dr. Stephen R Covey calls this process of writing down our goals as one of the best ways to connect our subconscious and conscious minds for desired results. In that light, I highly encourage you to use this mid-year point to set new 90 days goals and put yourself on the best path for both a strong 3rd quarter and year-end finish.
To all our most valued clients and acquaintances:
Here it is, mid-year, once again – may I suggest we consider the following ideas?
"...reflection is vital - at every level, in every organization - and because burnout is a very real threat
in today's hectic atmosphere, all executives should practice the new three Rs: retreat, renewal, and return."
- from the bestseller, "On Becoming A Leader" by Warren Bennis
Attached to this link, you will find a fresh copy of a 21 Goals in 90 Days Planning Sheet
Also, here is an easy-to-implement reflection/planning writing exercise for mid-year – in short:
How is it going? What have you been able to accomplish and fulfill?
What is working? What is not working?
What are you learning? What wisdom have you gained?
Which of your performance and business development skills do you believe require more focus?
How do you think you can improve what you are doing for the balance of 2006?
How do you think I/we can best help you to get that done?
Always looking to serve you with productive and revenue generating ideas.
Enthusiastically
yours,

Coach Don
